These last two days I have been busy with a talent show, and getting home too late to eat. I refuse to eat at 8 when I am going to bed at 9! I really try to stick to the "don't eat within 3 hours of bedtime" rule, though I do push it once in awhile.
So, I am figuring, if you are going to skip one, it should be dinner. I am trying to not "make up" for the calories at lunch and make my evening miserable.
Another confession. I cheated really really bad on my cheat day. So much so, that I could hardly sleep! Hopefully I will remember this on my next cheat day!
So, my message for today? Fill your stomach, but stop when its full!
