I just spent 7 glorious days with my favorite people in Idaho.
The week before we left, I got down to my lowest number on the scale all year! Of course, that is gone, but I can hopefully get it back fast!
I didn't eat a whole lot of excess, just not always the right things. :)
But I did endulge in alcohol. That didn't help. I only drink at company functions and at my family in Idaho's home. 3 times a year. So I can't get too down about that. We did swim every day, and walk lots of miles, so obviously if my calories would have been in check I would not be up. Oh well, that is called VACATION!
So now we will see how I get back on track.
