Drink This To Help Your Fat Burner!

(This Article is direct to you from Josh Bezoni)

Next to water, tea is the second most popular beverage around the globe. So, not too long ago, I did some research into the health and weight loss benefits of drinking different kinds of tea.

Although the organic coffee I was drinking was loaded with antioxidants and other healthy compounds, I was looking for a lower caffeine alternative because too much caffeine makes me nervous and triggers cravings.

I discovered that tea not only contains less than half of the caffeine of coffee, but each cup is brimming with an array of health benefits.

But not all teas are created equal.

Let’s take a look at the 4 most popular teas and the positive effect they can have on our health (and on weight loss).

1. Black Tea

Black tea is one of the most popular types of teas and can be enjoyed as a hot or cold beverage.

Black tea contains roughly 3% caffeine. This is a higher level of caffeine than in any other teas. In comparison to coffee’s 9%, this is still relatively low.

These low levels of caffeine can boost your health by improving thinking and increasing alertness. The caffeine also acts as a diuretic to flush out excess water. Moderate caffeine intake can boost the metabolism, also aiding in weight loss.

The large amount of antioxidants in black tea can help prevent heart disease and certain types of cancers. By consuming tea regularly, research indicates that women can cut their risk of developing ovarian cancer in half.

Try black tea hot with a squeeze of lemon and some natural stevia sweetener. Brew 1 teaspoon of loose black tea leaves in 8 ounces of hot water and allow it to steep for 2-3 minutes. Try adding some some boiled orange peels and cloves.

When I’m in the mood for a glass of iced black tea, I double the amount of tea used. I add a spoonful of stevia and let the steeped tea cool to room temperature, then pour it over some ice. Add a lemon wedge and you have a refreshing cup of iced tea.

2. White Tea

The polar opposite to black tea is white tea. White tea is the youngest of all the teas, with the leaves being picked before they have had a chance to open completely. This process preserves the maximum amount of antioxidants and the health benefits are nearly tripled.

One cup of white tea contains more healthy properties than a serving of vegetables. It has a light taste that is both fruity and sweet.

When preparing it hot, add 1.5 teaspoons loose tea leaves to 8 ounces of hot water and steep for 4-5 minutes. Because it is such a sweet tasting tea, I drink mine without any added sweeteners. When I make a glass of iced white tea, I sometimes add a few mixed berries to really bring out that fruity flavor.

3. Green Tea

Green tea is probably the most talked about tea in natural health circles. Green tea is less processed than black tea. Less processing means a higher concentration of antioxidants. One antioxidant in particular, the polyphenol EGCG, is responsible for the powerful health benefits associated with green tea.

EGCG in green tea is an antioxidant that targets free radicals and helps to eliminate them from the body. Free radicals are the toxins that circulate in the body, contributing to cancer, blood clots and cellular damage.

Studies indicate that the EGCG in green tea can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol and slow the aging process.

Of all the teas, green tea is the most commonly associated with weight loss and fat burn.

Why? The catechins.

Catechins are antioxidants found in green tea that encourage the body to burn fat for energy. Catechins are also responsible for the slower release of carbohydrates into the body after eating, which helps to keep insulin levels in check. When insulin levels are balanced, the body can burn fat more efficiently.

If you have never had a cup of green tea before, I should warn you that the taste may be overwhelming at first. With a strong, grassy flavor, green tea can take some getting used to.

Brew 1 teaspoon of loose tea leaves in 8 ounces of water and steep for one minute. To help with the strong flavor of green tea, I sometimes add some freshly squeezed lemon, stevia, and a splash of lime or grapefruit juice. Citrus juice helps boost the antioxidant properties of the tea, so you get added health benefits too.

But I’ve saved the best for last…

4. Oolong/Wu-long Tea

I was surprised to learn that Oolong tea has the same health benefits of green tea, but with the ability to burn up to 220% more fat.

According to several studies in China, researchers have found that people who drink 2-3 cups of Oolong tea per day will experience weight loss at an 8% higher rate than those who drink green or black teas.

Oolong tea is even less processed than green tea, which means it has a higher level of catechins that encourage the body to burn even more fat for energy.

Oolong tea still contains all of the same health benefits found in black and green tea, just with an added fat burning bonus.

The flowery flavor of Oolong tea makes it a versatile tea that tastes good hot or cold. Because the flavor is not as strong as green and black teas, I usually don’t add any sweeteners.

Now before you go out and buy Oolong tea, you must know that all Oolong is not created equal – in fact far from it.

It turns out that there is a very special strand of Oolong called Wu-Long that is grown in the WuYi mountains at a very high altitude. Because of the high altitude, the yield is lower on the actual plants – but what this does is concentrate the polyphenol content of the tea (the part that burns fat), so that…

Each cup of this special Oolong tea burns over 2.5 times more fat than any other strand of Oolong.

This means it would take 5 cups of any other type of Oolong to equal two cups of Wu-Long.

This is why this is the only strand of Oolong considered, “medical grade” in China.

And there is only one way to get this tea outside of going to China yourself, and that is through a company called Okuma. They have exclusive marketing rights to sell this tea outside of China – so anyone else claiming that they supply this tea is simply not being accurate with the truth.

A Pretty Good Deal

Recently I made contact with Okuma because I wanted some of their tea for myself and I knew my readers would be as excited as I am …

They are good folks and agreed to offer my readers Free Domestic Shipping with a lifetime guarantee on each order.

I think giving this tea a try is simply a no brainer to help boost your health and weight loss:
