Been on Injured Reserve/How about a GIVEAWAY?
I did something to my calf last week sometime, so I took it easy on the workouts. I did do crunches and leg lifts, things I could do on the floor, but not much cardio in and no BodyRock.:( I am thinking about doing a giveaway. But I don't know if anyone is here to give it to.
