MONDAY NIGHT WORKOUT

Monday night, my Bodyrock.tv.com workout

each exercise, 50 seconds each, 15 seconds off. twice through
high knee skips
squat lunge/side lunge w/two 8pound weights
high knee skips
monkey pushups, jump
high knee skips
v plank jumps, right/middle/side

bonus abs 50 seconds each, 15 seconds off. once through
1/2 burpee jump
tuck abs
1/2 burpee jump
tuck abs

16 minutes total.
I didn't feel too bad after this round. Was it easier, or am I gettin more fit? you tell me after this set of photos on friday!
