Sunday's workout

My workout for yesterday was a 600 repetition set. Whew! is all I can say.
here goes
100 high knee skips
100 lunge kicks with two-8 pound weights, 50 each leg
100 high knee skips
100 squats with two 8 pound weights
100 high knee skips
25 straight abs
25 v abs right
25 v abs left
25 bicycle abs

I forgot to set my timer to see how long this took me. Probably about 20 minutes.
I am on my last week of the february 30 day challenge, time for more photos on friday. Hopefully we will do good!
